"In 2016, I obtained an office space with five offices and a waiting room which I was very confident I could make look pretty. I took advantage of knowing Sandi personally and asked her thoughts on colors, furniture, flooring, and quickly realized that, as much as I’d like to think I have design skills because I like Pottery Barn, I DO NOT have what is needed! Sandi was helpful in more than just picking furniture. She worked with all of my contractors that were moving walls, painting walls, putting in flooring, changing lighting, and moving stairs. She made those conversations, which I am unfamiliar to navigate, smooth and allowed me to keep focused on more pressing concerns. She also helped find me the best priced contractors and worked within my budget. I never had to call a contract to come back out if there were issues, she was already on it.

I was also surprised at how much quality time she took to help me visualize the space, collecting my “likes” off Pinterest and then made them happen in the space I had. She literally taped out how furniture would look and helped me pick just the right pieces. You might be like me in that you want to help design because it feels like it’s your home or your office. I kept trying to help and everything I brought in, I had to tediously return or give away because it didn’t work. I discourage you from waisting your time doing those things as your money will go far with Sandi doing that for you. I learned with my second suite of offices, three offices, a group groom, and a lobby, to simply stay out of the way and let her do her magic! I saved myself energy and time just watching her transform a boring white office to a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming space.

Sandi is very relaxed and chill and what I loved about working with her is if I didn’t like something, she was open to altering and doing something different. But I’ll warn you again, if you’re not a designer, you should just trust her as the two pictures I never really loved right off the bat, are the two pictures that get ALL the compliments in my office. I have HAD to put her business cards in my lobby because everyone asks who did the interior design.
